We are constantly trying to improve the online experience for all our clients. The website got a facelift, but that’s not all. Thanks to your feedback we included few new features to make finding a home in Kuwait or elsewhere, a little easier.

You can now register an account with us that will allow you to bookmark properties for later reference and manage your newsletter subscriptions. In the next couple of weeks we will be including an option to subscribe to individual property status changes as well as personalized listing alerts, ensuring you only receive emails with properties matching your requirements.

Once registered, the above services will be available from within Your Account page that also includes a form for sending us required documents, once you’ve decided on a property.
One of the most common questions we hear is: “what is the area like?”
Hopefully you’ll like what we have in store to address the rather lacking general information about Kuwait.
We’re planning to post a series of Kuwait Area Guides, here on our blog, accompanied by short video tours on our YT channel. The first episode will be available on our website and across social media on Friday, 10 January and will cover Fahaheel and Mangaf area. Comments will be opened for all articles encouraging everyone to participate and share their own experiences and secret places that might have escaped our eyes, with others.
Multiple ways to browse our property portfolio:
1. Using the search to look for specific properties by price, location or features.
2. Browsing all listings to see if something catches your eye: either in standard detailed view, few properties per page, or a full portfolio gallery – whichever you find more suitable.

There are certain properties that either present an exceptional standard or great value for money, or often both. The featured property section on the homepage will give you an insight into all of our best properties in a current month. You’ll find random featured properties in various sections of our site.

We’re aiming to expand our Tenant FAQ page to include answers to as many common questions as possible – so ask away! Send us an email or use any of the contact forms across the site, we promise to respond within 12 hours to the best of our knowledge.
If we don’t know the answer, we’ll do our best to find out.
